I build EV charging platforms at Eneco and train ML models on the side. Six years of React and TypeScript, now adding PyTorch and HuggingFace to the toolkit.
|Frontend engineer growing into ML
I started out building UIs with React and Vue, but kept gravitating toward the data side of things — charts, maps, real-time dashboards. At CareRate I got to build sentiment analysis tools and audio processing pipelines, which is when something clicked. I built AI Subtitles (real-time transcription + translation), started learning PyTorch, and now I'm actively moving into ML engineering. The frontend background isn't going away though — it just means I can build the whole thing, from model to interface.
